Question about Bolton

I believe I read earlier here on DU that Bolton was accused of witholding info re/ WMD.

If that is true, do you think there is any chance that he is being set up to take the fall for the bad intel on WMD that caused the invasion of Iraq? Do u think that they put him up knowing we would fight it, then had the republican that said he wanted to know more do that just so they could get this word out? I mean when else has Powell stood up and said something against the faux predients wishes? Wasn't it Powell himself that said that Bolton obstructed messages?

It strikes me as odd, as well... Powell is generally quite. Bush is the only 1 pressing for Bolton pining he's a good guy... you know, the old "my name is W, and I'm stupid," act.

It is odd. Good point. It's obvious W surrounds himself w/only poppy's buds, (old family ties), attorneys (he said he was against them during campaign), and if he, Rovie and Ch#ny don't know the party is crumbling w/civil discontent at a all new high - well, they're not paying attention.
