due to a recent complaint I registered (and is in process), I was made aware that they will demand the time of the broadcast of the indecent material, along with the quote and the context.

Now, the interpretation lends itself to a horse masturbation joke . . . but the writer of the old joke did not write it obscenely.

Aside from that, then you would have to list the station(s) that broadcast the "obscenity".

Too bad it wouldn't work. Of course, like Gingrich, Bob Dole might just bail her out of any fines, if it ever came of something.

FCC has jurisdiction over the broadcast airwaves, they do NOT have juristiction over cable and sattelite.

As you propose, giving them additional jurisdiction (which has been introduced into the Senate by Ted Stevens) means that they will control speech that is now open.

Rather, I propose we write directly to Mrs. Handjob.

5. Can we legally mail sperm to The White House?

I seem to vaguely recall a campaign years ago to mail urine to Ronald Reagan when he proposed mandatory drug screening of government employees.

It was legal because it wasn't a "dangerous substance."

I could be recalling incorrectly-- I was very young at the time. And I can't find it on Google.

If not, then I guess maybe we could mail little plastic novelty sperms.
