I find it so annoying that they take stories like this with such a large grain of salt. Ofcourse McClellan is going to deny its validity and ofcourse McCain is going to pimp for the GOP. They should have been more thorough and dug a bit deeper. It almost seems that talked about the memo halfheartedly just to say they tried.
3. But, another poster here makes no mention of Conyer's interview! Is
this video only posted on CNN's Website? Was it shown on CNN Cable or not. The other poster says Blitzer dismissed it all and only quoted McClellan and McCain.
4. Thanks for video! We cannot say the same--Dubya "acted on good faith."
Interesing that Blair's office makes this assertion regarding Blair's actions in the run up to the Iraq War. One can certainly argue that Dubya would not have gone to the United Nations at all, even in "bad faith"--if Blair had not insisted.
Why do they scream and cry and wring their hands at Newsweek for 'causing' 15 deaths by using mistaken intelligence, when their own 'mistaken intelligence' has killed hundreds of thousands?
7. Okay...my "Dial Up" finally downloaded the clip and it wasn't a total
wipe out. I was glad to see Congressman Conyers defending us and saying that Bush has not responded. The way Blitzer distorted the info on Blair's response (not putting in that he cost labor 100 seats) and will be challenged as Prime Minister was not good and the "pile on" by Blitzer was disgusting...but still Conyer's got his point across.
CNN won't give up easily, but then they know the American People aren't ready to hear that their President was a liar and with Newsweek getting the Ax for the Koran story the same day...one must imagine the fear running through the Newsmedia. And fear they should...because when the American People finally realize what the Whore Media has done, then they will wish they just had Bush Crime family to deal with. :banghead:
