dems will give him his judges and if we shut his water off on the supreme court, everyone will holler "foul".

Frist, however was outfoxed by McCain, who comes out as the voice of reason in the senate. "It is important that the work goes on for the american people."

But the Democrats didn't really gain anything, except for the pleasure of watching Frist squirm, rush implode, and dobson turn eighty colors of amazing blue. But, in our hands-tied position, even this seemed like some sort of a victory.
