Feingold doesn't know Janice Rogers Brown up for D.C. Appeals Court?

Feingold apparently does not know Janice Rogers Brown is up for a seat of the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals--where Supreme Court nominees often come from. He was just on C-Span2 and answered a question from a man who said she could do little harm being put on the 9th CircuitCourt of Appeals which has so many liberals on it.

Feingold did not correct the man--just spoke of how she would be unacceptable as an appellate judge. Very strange, indeed. How could he not know?
