Warner was showing off by talking about all of the interesting research he did recently on advice and consent, turned to Biden and asked, "wouldn't my colleague have to agree with that?" Um, no John. Sorry he doesn't. Because he didn't just research this stuff recently he knows it cold.

C-SPAN 2 still airing it.

2. Sorry, arm slipped when grabbed by a two year old.
And accidentally posted. I edited the original to explain the context. They are debating advice and consent / rubber stamping regarding the Bolton nomination. The give and take between Warner and Biden is very good. I haven't heard more quotes from the founding fathers on the floor of the Senate in awhile.

4. Saw it, I never knew Biden
wrote a book on the Seperation of Powers, sounded like it was a text book. Also never knew he taught. I'm still pissed he voted with the Credit Card Companies.
