Is what Sessenbrenner did a violation of House rules?
A friend of my asked me this question this morning. Do House rules allow the majority to block the minority from using a hearing room in the House?

I can't believe he pulled that shit on Conyers.

1. Tex is riding high. He might be able to block Conyers using the
rooms for his forums for a while with his "allegations of impropiety." But long term, I don't think so.

2. He must be following some protocol if JC got 3 warnings.
The man to ask would be Ted Kennedy. He wrote up all the rules that would have to be violated for Cheney to come in and declare the nuclear option in one fell swoop.
