9. Good poll PeteNYC!
I've never gone into a primary before with such enthusiam
for two candidates. And I like qualities of other candidates
as well.

10. Kick for pure merit!
THIS is the only real issue, folks: we have 9 candidates who are so far superior to GWB that I'm embarrassed to have mentioned his name in the same sentence with them.

:dem:

11. The subtext of the results
I think we are also getting a measure of what percentage of DUers are freepers.

17. Or drunks looking to start controversy
Or honestly a small minority may actually not like any of the candidates.

I'm not sold on any one candidate yet, but I would say I'm not dissapointed, but I'm not proud either.

12. Considering the difficult times and predicament we find ourselves
with the Fuehrer President-for-Life in the White House, I think that this field of candidates are a refreshing change from the current regime.

Dennis rocks!

16. sorry, but I don't think a single one of them . . .
is as good a candidate as Al Gore . . . and I didn't think Gore was all that good! . . . where are the Roosevelts, the Kennedys, the Clintons of this political generation? . . . probably hiding out, knowing what an impossible job cleaning up George's mess will be . . .

this is not to say that these are not all good, well-intentioned folks . . . but as candidates in the general election, I see them all as pretty weak . . . gotta call 'em as I see 'em . . .
