I just read this article in Newsweek:
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/9865842/site/newsweek/
with a paragraph claiming that Fitzgerald met with James Sharp friday am to inform him that rove would not be charged. Maybe there is thread on this already? But why in the hell would the prosecutor visit the lawyer of the president? Why not just KKKarl's lawyer? Hullabaloo has a take on this that I find interesting and I feel supports the opinion that no further indictments are forthcoming.

Is it possible, as it appears, that Fitz is compromised and soft pedaling the investigation?

1. The Levine thing makes no sense.
Why would Rove have told Levine? That he didn't tell Levine seems irrelevant -- a red herring. So Clinton met with Monica Lewinsky at, let's say 10:00 a.m., and then met with the ambassador from France and didn't tell the ambassador what happened in his meeting with Monica. What does that prove? I don't see the connection. How is Rove's not mentioning his outing of Plame with someone he spoke to later evidence of anything?
