He was talking about the extreme rulings of Alito, mentioned the fact that he did not think the government had the right to ban machine guns (automatic weapons), mentioned the strip search of the 10 year old girl.
Then he said, and this is pretty close:
"a lot of sexual harrassment cases and disability cases where the judge raised a very very high standard of proof....including some really gross discriminations which I won't read here." (then he was interrupted by Colmes before he could finish.)
Just wondered how standards could be set for high for sexual harassment and disability cases that they could not be mentioned on the air. Or perhaps I misunderstood. Sounds like there is something odd there.
