Since when does the White House discuss partisan politics?
No, I have not followed every press conference of either Ari or Scott but I was driving listening to NPR and I heard McClellan's comments about yesterday's election, giving a Republican spin.

Hey, you speak on behalf of the President of the Untied States and I think even simple Bush knows that speaking under the seal means speaking as a U.S. president, press secretary, whatever... not as a Republican.

1. There are no rules
with these thugs. If they want to do it, they do it.

2. I thought the same thing.
Sounded like a (bad) campaign speech. Talking about the Democrats having no agenda.
Am I helping pay for that shit? I don't recall donating to the RNC.

3. Oh sweetie... Scottie has done nothing BUT spin
since he first stepped behind the podium. At first the press was paralyzed enough for him to sound as if he were making sense. But NOW he's actually babbling up there... spinning so hard that it can actually make you dizzy. I find myself shaking my head vigorously, reflexively, trying to clear the tornadoes out of my ears.

5. OK Spin about the war in Iraq, about the leak
about Bush's visit to Argentina, about his signing or vetoing a bill - but not about specific state campaigns.

from their perspective, they only tolerate non-republicans because they haven't figured out how to get rid of us yet. well, on second thought, we make for good cheap laborers.
