The US had to pay cash to people in Iraq out of the back of a truck. They don't have any banking system in Iraq. There is no other way. (Gee, why is that Jeff?)

We had to pay people in $20, $10 & $5. It was the height of good sense to keep money in the back of trucks and hand it out. How could anyone doubt us. We are the holy pure of God, we only do what is right.
