It may not tell you where to report them, but it might help you learn more about who they are. Try a check of the ACLU and the Rev. Barry Lynn - I think he's the guy who either speaks for the ACLU on issues regarding the separation of church and state, or he heads some group that's a watchdog thereof. He's high-profile - I see him as a panel member on many talking head shows.
