New RW song: 'Bush Was Right'
Olbermann played this new song out of Nashville on his show tonight. It was just hysterically funny. You can hear it here: http://www.rightmarch.com/

And no, it is not satire. These people really are that crazy. Here are the lyrics:

Freedom in Afghanistan, say goodbye Taliban
Free elections in Iraq, Saddam Hussein locked up
Osama’s staying underground, Al Qaida now is finding out
America won’t turn and run once the fighting has begun
Libya turns over nukes, Lebanese want freedom, too
Syria is forced to leave, don’t you know that all this means
Bush was right!
Bush was right!
Bush was right!
Democracy is on the way, hitting like a tidal wave
All over the middle east, dictators walk with shaky knees
Don’t know what they’re gonna do, their worst nightmare is coming true
They fear the domino effect, they’re all wondering who’s next
Bush was right!
Bush was right!
Bush was right!
Ted Kennedy – wrong!
Cindy Sheehan – wrong!
France – WRONG!
Zell Miller – right!
Economy is on the rise kicking into overdrive
Angry liberals can’t believe it’s cause of W’s policies
Unemployment’s staying down, Democrats are wondering how
Revenue is going up, can you say “Tax Cuts”
Bush was right!
Bush was right!
Bush was right!
Cheney was right, Condi was right,
Rummy was right, Blair was right
You were right, We were right, “The Right” was right
and Bush was right…
Bush was right!
Bush was right!

and is full of inaccurate BS--I see it making the top of the sheeples'music charts.

7. That's what Olbermann said
He said it "sucks." He put up pictures of Bush playing the guitar while the song played.

10. I heard it! It was like something from South Park
I wasn't watching the show, just listening, and I was thinking surely, surely, this has to be a joke. But it's REAL!

Olbermann said, "No, it's not a joke just to make the right wing look stupid..."

Keith said that the creators of the song are making a video that they want MTV to run....but meanwhile, Keith's people put together a video of their own...they ran it while the song plyed. Hopefully, someone recorded it? It was just as good as the song...hilarious!

18. Beyond a doubt, RWers have no wit.
I mean, this song isn't even in the remotest sense "clever." It's trite, bombastic, mindlessly repetitive, and unforgiveably ignorant of everything we know to be true about the situation.

"...Titled Bush Was Right, the song hits the listener with fact after fact after fact - but the tune is so catchy, and the music is so driving, you can't help but sing along (especially on the chorus)! Will YOU help us to get this song in front of American youth?"

Of course, they won't listen to real bands like the Dead Kennedys, but prefer to listen to mindless, jingoistic crap. It's the perfect soundtrack for inbreeding.

26. Was the video real?
Edited on Wed Nov-16-05 08:26 PM by NightOwwl
Because I noticed the "Mission Accomplished" sign had been edited out of the picture of Bush on the Air Force carrier. That made me think that whoever made the video purposely edited the sign out, because it would remind people that when Bush told people the war was over, it had actually just begun.

28. Deutschland Über Alles!
Edited on Wed Nov-16-05 08:44 PM by Ignacio Upton
1-3 Heinrich Hoffmann von Fallersleben 1841
1. Deutschland, Deutschland über alles,
Über alles in der Welt,
Wenn es stets zu Schutz und Trutze
Brüderlich zusammenhält,
Von der Maas bis an die Memel,
Von der Etsch bis an den Belt -
|: Deutschland, Deutschland über alles,
Über alles in der Welt. :|
2. Deutsche Frauen, deutsche Treue,
Deutscher Wein und deutscher Sang
Sollen in der Welt behalten
Ihren alten schönen Klang,
Uns zu edler Tat begeistern
Unser ganzes Leben lang.
|: Deutsche Frauen, deutsche Treue,
Deutscher Wein und deutscher Sang. :| 3. Einigkeit und Recht und
Freiheit
Für das deutsche Vaterland!
Danach laßt uns alle streben
Brüderlich mit Herz und Hand!
Einigkeit und Recht und Freiheit
Sind des Glückes Unterpfand.
|: Blüh' im Glanze dieses Glückes,
Blühe, deutsches Vaterland. :|
(4. Deutschland, Deutschland über alles,
Und im Unglück nun erst recht.
Nur im Unglück kann die Liebe
Zeigen, ob sie stark und echt.
Und so soll es weiterklingen
Von Geschlechte zu Geschlecht:
|: Deutschland, Deutschland über alles,
Und im Unglück nun erst recht. :| )

.....It's the same song anyway (not that I'm comparing Bush directly to Hitler.)

30. B side of their "hit song"
I'm Wanna Be A Repug Pussy Chickenhawk

I wanna be like Rush Limbaugh,
high as a kite on Oxycontin
spreading lies and hate, don't ya know
I may soon hit bottom and be forgotten
I'm a tool for Chimpy spreading rumors and Republican lies
just send me the RNC talking points and I'll spew them again...and again...and again

I wanna be like Tom Delay
corrupt and arrogant, hey! Outta my way!
shakin' hands with the crooks and cheaters
and I'm as good lookin' as a mosquiter
I'm a tool for Chimpy spreading rumors and Republican lies
Gimme the Repug talking points and I'll spew them again...and again...and again

Chorus:
I'm Wanna Be A Repug Pussy Chickenhawk
I'm light on the loafer and can't walk the talk
I'm Wanna Be A Repug Pussy Chickenhawk
Send them to war for me, I can't go cuz I'm a pussy

I wanna be like Bill O"Reilly
Act like I'm smart when I'm really a crybaby
Shoutin' down my guests with my lying big mouth
I'd be on the TV and radio making a fool of myself
I'm a tool for Chimpy spreading rumors and Republican lies
Gimme the Repug talking points and I'll spew them again...and again...and again

Chorus

Sold out, PNACed up, caught up by the Rapture Right
Gay bashing and race baiting and playing the dirty fight
It's Mann Coulter, Michael Savage, Sean Hannity, Michelle Malkin
Karl Rove, Scooter Libby, Dick Cheney and the Boy King himself
They want us to hate....they want us to be afraid
I wonder when the last time these assholes got laid

Spoken: Ewwww.....never mind.

Chorus:
I'm Wanna Be A Repug Pussy Chickenhawk
I'm light on the loafer and can't walk the talk
I'm Wanna Be A Repug Pussy Chickenhawk
Send them to war for me, I can't go cuz I'm a pussy

A Repug Pussy Chickenhawk
A Repug Pussy Chickenhawk
A Repug Pussy Chickenhawk
A Repug Pussy Chickenhawk!

39. Why the hell are RWers obsessed with Ted Kennedy?
We have several Democrats who spend way more time in the spotlight than Kennedy (I'm not discounting what the man does; I think Dean, Reid, Kerry, Edwards, Clark, the Clintons, and Schumer have been more vocal lately), and these RWers continue to act like he's the epitome of liberalism, and because he's such and ultra-liberal, he's the equivalent to the Devil himself.

Hey righties, how 'bout a reality check? F*ckin morans.

40. They Should Go
I am at the point now that whenever I hear one of these right wingers claim that Bush was right... The war was needed... or Democrats are weak on terror I think to myself they and/or their kids should go to Iraq and Afghanistan to fight the wars. My biggest problem with these types of people is that they jump up and down to support the war, but for some reason they never fought in the military and they do seem to want their kids to fight the war. Therefore, I say DRAFT THE YOUNG REPUBLICAN AND THE CHILDREN OF THE WAR SUPPORTERS .
