Getting shot in the face during a hunt happens all the time
Latest right wing nonsense, but it may be true in conservative circles. There is no outrage in the conservative community about cheney's shooting incident because such activities obviously happen all the time to conservatives. Well, they are consistent. That would explain why there was so much outrage from the conservative community when it was discovered that President Clinton got a blow job. (think). This might explain their extreme frustration with life.
8. Don Imus said booze and hunting go together like pot and snowboarding!
He isn't letting the story die--he even mentioned yet again, today, that he believed ole Shotgun Dickie was plastered and that's why he didn't see the cops until the next day.
Last night on Malloy, someone who has WORKED for the NRA says that DOES NOT HAPPEN ALL OF THE TIME. He was quite pissed about it. Said he has a friend who has one of those hunting ranches...his friend has had it for over 6 years and NEVER had an incident where someone shot someone else. He was pissed that the NRA hasn't said sonething publicly about this.
4. Gee, why wouldn't the NRA call out Dick Cheney?
They probably don't want to piss off their cubicle buddies in the next office now that they have their own space in the White House. Corruption? Yep-a-roonie. Has the GOP bought the NRA's full cooperation? Sure looks that way. I wonder if the rank-and-file members of the NRA appreciate how little they were sold for? In prison, a punk might go for a pack of cigarettes, and I'd bet that the NRA membership didn't even finagle that much.
they made their own catch-22, now they can sleep in it. I suggested last week that faux news could show us how insignificant the shooting was as they were implying by having some of their on air types shot in the face on live TV. No big deal right?
