USA Today writer didn't sugar coat his Nelson/Harris debate analysis.

Link to today's article: http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/2006-10-24-katherine-harris_x.htm

Article is titled "Analysis: Harris stumbles to the finish line"

Pointed out how some editorial writers called the alleged debate "bizarre" and "freak show".

Pointed out how Florida GOP leaders — including The Jebster — initially opposed Harris' candidacy because she's so polarizing.

Pointed out how so many of her previous staff abandoned her sinking campaign ship, including that of a top GOP strategist, Ed Rollins, who suggested in interviews that Harris has mental health issues.

Pointed out her expensive dinners with and donations from a lobbyist who pleaded guilty in a congressional corruption probe. Something for which Harris herself is now under investigation.

Pointed out how in August, Harris tried to explain paltry turnout at a major campaign rally by claiming a tree had fallen on an airplane hangar, forcing a last-minute change of venue. Orlando Executive Airport officials said no such incident occurred. Harris ultimately blamed a staffer for providing inaccurate information.

Pointed out how Harris angered Jews and other people of faith when she told an evangelical magazine that voters were "legislating sin" if they didn't elect Christians to public office.

Give it up Katie. You are in bad need of a rest.

I really don't see why her close friends and family, people who should care about her, don't persuade her to throw in the towel. She hasn't been a rational human being for some time now.

2. A pretty good chance that her House seat will go Democratic as well.
Democrat Christine Jennings is said to be running a terrific race against the Nazi-esque Republican, Vern Buchanan.

And I think Bill Nelson will drive the final nail in the Harris-for-Senate coffin.
