1. Its just a sleepy little neighborhood in a peaceful country
Just the other day 25 kidnapped Louisianians were found tortured and murdered in a town square in Mississippi. No big deal. Everything is fine, the plan is working.

6. Farmers' market --- Somehow I'm thinking of an 85-year old car bomber, left hand signal blinking.

9. You should prepare to be disappointed I'm afraid
60 minutes will most likely give him a 60 minute blow job, featuring Amurka's perky sweetheart KKKatie courick.

11. Yeah, couric won't be asking him
any tough questions like .."how soon are you gonna die?".

If true to form couric will be down on her corporateass knees asking mccain how he likes it.

The buried lead in this article from the UK Times:

21 Shia market workers were ambushed, bound and shot dead north of the capital. The victims came from the Baghdad market visited the previous day by John McCain, the US presidential candidate, who said that an American security plan in the capital was starting to show signs of progress.

Nothing new here....Move along. The surge is working. The surge is working. Lather, Rinse, repeat. The surge is working.

I forgot the pic of the Indiana market scene. (The bodies are in the buggy).
