Compounded Anger
My anger first showed when Bush hijacked the 2000 election. I had worked hard
enlightening the less informed to the evils of Cheney. I was not too worried
about the shrub after carefully looking at his political history, I knew he would
essentially be a puppet for a White House lurker like Cheney. Cheney has had his
fingers in the political pot in the White House since the Nixon administration - he
was Chief of Staff then. This quote is all too telling about the way Cheney operates:
"Principle is okay up to a certain point, but principle doesn't do any good if
you lose." - Dick Cheney, White House Chief of Staff, 1976
Call me crazy but, I believe Cheney has planned this 'hostile takeover' of the
White House since back in the Nixon days.
The culmination of Dick's careful political orchestrations was reached when he
placed himself out of reach of the law of the land. Cheney has worked the US
government like an evil alchemist, turning war, blood and oil into gold (money)
for him and the corporate crony faction.
My anger has consistently grown over the past 6 and 1/2 years. Watching my country
that was once respected and revered World Wide, be driven into the dirt by a rogue
cowboy and his handlers. Watching Environmental protection advances be set back 20
years, watching the pResident lie to the nation to sell a war, watching our soldiers
die just to fill the pockets of oil companies and defense contractors, and the list
marches on and on.
My boiling point has been reached....my anger has compounded into absolute rage.
Why is impeachment for both of the criminal squatters in the White House not happening?
What does it say to the American people when Paris gets locked up for 21 days for a
(probation) driving violation and the POTUS (who should be held to a higher standard) can pillage
the taxpayers coffers, drive the country into financial ruin, lie to a nation to start a
war, openly deny subpoenas with a thumbed nose at the law and the Constitution, and NOT
be held accountable?
My pot is boiling over. The emails have gone out to every Dem in the Senate and the Congress,
to every Dem candidate for president. I demand they begin impeachment proceedings. I demand
that they hold Bush and Cheney accountable for their crimes against the nations, ours and
others. I do not care if 'he will be out of office before the hearings are over with', impeach the
bastards, take away their lifetime pay, their 10 years of Secret Service detail, throw them
into the slammer. Hell they spent over 40 million dollars trying to bring Clinton down, this
should be a cakewalk compared to the effort it took with Clinton. The evidence is blatant,
the POTUS and the VPOTUS have basically said Fuck YOU! to the US people and the Courts.
What will it take at this point? What horrific crime will they have to commit to outshine
the war crimes and other crimes they are guilty of to get the people behind impeachment?
WHAT WILL IT TAKE??????

3. If the people of the US would put aside the partisan BS..
like they did on fighting the Immigration Bill---massive public outrage
can change the mind of Politicians (other than Trent Lott). They are put
into office by the people - they can be taken out of office by the people.
If they do not vote according to the wishes of the majority of their
constiutents they are guilty of aiding and abetting taxation without representation.

4. It has been discussed on News Programs--C heney hs believed
that the Presidency as an office was weakened after
the Watergate Scandal. He has been working diligently
since then to strenthen the Presidency.

It appears he is working to make it dictatorial, IMO

that strenthens it but not in the favor of Democracy.

8. Some Reps are beginning to talk impeachment...
Keith Olbermann and John Dean were discussing this last night.

Dems better get it together or they'll be left in the dust yet again ~ Reps could reclaim their party if they lead on impeachment.
