Former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss supports Hillary Clinton!
Edited on Mon Aug-20-07 01:40 PM by zulchzulu
Classy! Heidi Fleiss supports Senator Clinton, even though they have so far failed to recognize her. Oh well...

From the article:

"Former Hollywood madam and current rural Nevada small businesswoman Heidi Fleiss was turned away from Hillary Clinton's appearance in Pahrump last week, but she doesn't hold a grudge."

(snip)

"Fleiss is not the first sex-industry veteran to endorse Clinton. The campaign has the official backing of porn star Jenna Jameson.

The Clinton campaign, which opened a Pahrump office over the weekend, didn't have a response to Fleiss' endorsement.

"We weren't aware she was a supporter," campaign spokeswoman Hilarie Grey said. "It seemed like the whole town was full of supporters that day. We only wish we'd had room for everyone."

On edit: Some supporters of Senator Clinton seem upset that a news story on the wire that is reported somehow is to be seen as a part of being a "Hillary Hater". It's in the news. Do these people want news censored if it doesn't appear to be anything but cheerleading for their candidate?

It is a news story. Did you read the article?

Heidi Fleiss supporting Clinton has nothing to do with Obama. Really, as much as some would like to think so, it doesn't.

Please. You're famous for this shit. You do it all the time.

It's old. Tiresome. Childish.

Support YOUR candidate. Stop tearing down others. It's so obvious what you're attempting to do, no matter how clever you THINK you're being. And like I said, it reflects poorly on your candidate.

You should probably start putting a disclaimer on your posts, so none of it rubs off on poor Senator Obama. You don't help him at all.

Unless you're so clever, that's really your point??

I support my candidate. I also respond when some attack him with lies and the usual crap that has been debunked.

As for this story, you appear to think that it shouldn't be reported... nice try. It also has nothing to do with my support for Obama. Nothing.

If you think some news shouldn't be reported, then I know where you stand.

...people who have a thin skin and can't take a news story outside their favored candidate that doesn't bath them with little cuddles of joy...

OK... we're back.

So if the mayor of the town Heidi Fleiss lives in said he/she was a supporter of Clinton, you would have a problem with that too? What about someone who works at the local Taco Bell there as a manager? What about a cowhand outside the town?

Should Heidi Fleiss not be allowed in the Clinton HQ to volunteer and work for her candidate? Should they try to hide her support, as seems to be an indication with the people there?

This has nothing to do with Obama. I know you want to somehow paint it that way, but you're either protesting a bit too much or you need therapy...

41. So you have a problem with Heidi Fleiss supporting Clinton apparently...
A news story where someone supports a candidate and is stiff-armed for her support in a small town in Nevada is posted.

Is the story "shitting" on the Clinton campaign? If you have a problem with Heidi Fleiss and want to hide the story...well...that's another problem.

Is the story "manufactured", even though it's from an ACTUAL NEWS ORGANIZATION? It is, if you have a problem with the story...

Does a story about someone who supports a candidate and is stiff-armed for her support in a small town in Nevada reflect on another candidate, who is not even mentioned in the story? It does if you can't read correctly.

You can keep batting back at me with your retorts (which are amusing in some ways), but the story stands for itself. If the story is "manufactured" and you have proof, contact the Las Vegas Review Journal with your evidence. Here's the link:
http://www.reviewjournal.com/about/print/press/letterstoeditor.html

Good luck with that...

43. No, I have a problem with YOU sensationalizing the headline and eagerly
adding an exclamation point. I have a problem with what I perceive as your childish, immature, and asinine attitude towards candidates not of your choosing.

I have a problem with the fact that you claim to be an Obama supporter, and by your obstreperous and childish touting of bullshit stories about his opponents(with eager headlines that weren't part of the original story) you make OBAMA LOOK BAD. As though his supporters are stupid jerks who have nothing better to do than post snide, breathless bullshit about other candidates--which they aren't. You're apparently the exception that proves the rule.

All you need are some Jerry Springer Style audience sound effects to cap your little efforts. And LITTLE efforts they are, indeed.

No one said the story was manufactured, except you (either you can't read or you want to continue to keep this horseshit thread alive). But apparently you can't divine the difference between manufacturing something and twisting it to make it more than it actually is.

I have your number. It's ZERO. With friends like you, Senator O doesn't need enemies.

It's a story about Heidi Fleiss.

I think you protest the story just a wee too much. Either that or you support censorship.

You did say the story was manufactured, not me. In response #38, you wrote:
"...keep on with the breathless, manufactured headlines..."

Did the reporter, Molly Ball, with the Las Vegas Review-Journal, make up the story? Did Heidi Fleiss show up at a rally in the town of Pahrump, only to be told there was no more room?

You know more about the story than the reporter, apparently. Were you there? Wow, really...were you there?

Contact them immediately! You know more than they do! Right?

45. You put down the pipe--or pull it out of your ass.
Try reading what I wrote, and stop being a childish buffoon. Stop making up headlines. HEADLINES. Capisce? You made up the HEADLINE.

Reading is fundamental. Stop with the bullshit exclamation point, and EAGERNESS. It's your lame, pathetic trademark.

And I'm not the only one here who thinks you're full of it. Read the rest of the thread. I don't see a cheering section for your standard, tiresome crap-toss. You're a one trick pony, and the trick is getting old. And you do it for anyone but your favored candidate.

You should know that you make Obama look bad. If you don't realize that, you should. Most of his supporters are more sensitive and intelligent, and are concerned about touting his programs and ideas, not making up headlines to make minor stories seem more important.

They don't use a Fauxian cudgel, and they spend time praising their favorite rather than attempting to put down others, but you just aren't clever enough to realize that you're not helping the guy--unless that's your goal?

Immaturity in action, you are. And like I said, no help to your so-called favorite.

She's an equal-opportunity pimp. And apparently, she's not as usurious as some of the pimps in business, from what I understand. I haven't heard any of her former employees gripe about the terms of their deal with her, either--not a single one.

I'm not an especial fan of the business, but suggesting that her arrangement with her employees was slavery is a bit over the top, and put forward without a scintilla of evidence to support your rather wild assertion.

It's merely your pathetic kneejerk reaction to catcall at people who aren't all dough-eyed about your candidate things like "you're a Hillary Hater", "you got that from Hannity"...blah blah blah... it's funny, actually.

It's funny looking at Hannity's boss standing next to your preferred candidate at a fundraiser for her. Wow...funny....

49. this was from Hannity. Hannity and FOX News gave MANSOOR IJAZ a voice in the conservative movent
Moments after he complained about “over the top” attacks on President Bush by Democrats last night (5/2/06), Sean Hannity reprised his baseless, discredited attacks on Bill Clinton for “turning down” an offer from Sudan of “bin Laden on a silver platter.” In a teaser preceding the interview, FOX News displayed the disrespectful banner, “Bubba and Bin Laden.”

Hannity cited as proof interviews he conducted with Monsoor Ijaz, who was negotiating with the United States on behalf of the Sudanese. But Hannity neglected to mention that the 9/11 Commission reported (page 3), “We have not found any reliable evidence to support the Sudanese claim.” As Media Matters notes, “Hannity, therefore, endorsed the claims of former officials of Sudan -- a country that the U.S. Department of State has designated as a state sponsor of terrorism every year since 1993 -- rather than the testimony of Clinton administration officials and the findings of the 9-11 Commission.”

50. The outrage is hilarious
This story was reported on a few news programs last night. Heidi Fleiss, the DC Madam and Jenna Jemison(sp) are all supporting Hillary. So what.

What I find so funny is the Hillary supporters getting so upset that this is posted here but many were trashing Obama because Master P endorsed Obama. There were comments that the feminists would upset with Obama. Now Hillary gets endorsements from these women and you want to shoot the messenger.

Funny.

57. That's the takeaway I get too
I really wish Heidi had endorsed Obama. I'm so disappointed...

No really...it was a story on the wire. A couple Clinton supporters had a sense of humor about it and showed validity to me that they like their candidate, but not at a level where they have to get snitty and the usual claptrap. Others need to sit back and take the story for what it is.

If anything, what was troubling about the story was how the Pahrump, Nevada Clinton HQ wouldn't let her in an event. If you've ever been to a gymnasium rally, there is always room for a couple more people, ferchrissakes...

So shoot the messenger and not the message indeed.

As a joke, I was considering making a fake endorsement where Marion Barry endorses Obama just to see the festering smegma Hillbot shark feed...maybe later...
