whether spending hundreds of billions of dollars in Iraq improves our security MORE than spending the same money in the USA on terrorism detection and anti-terrorism processes?

Its not whether Iraq improves our security....its whether Iraq improves USA security more than DIRECTLY investing in improving USA security. You know better border control, inspecting 100% of cargo, mass transit improvements, infrastructure improvements....
