NBC News: Iowa Caucus to be held right after New Year's on January 3rd
Damn, that's early. They just reported this on NBC Nightly News.

10. The New Hampshire Primary was in late January in '04
I believe it was on my birthday the 28th - I know as a Dean supporter it was a lousy birthday gift. I worked in Salem NH the last weekend before the primary and man is NH ever COLD in January.
