People who insist they'd never vote for Senator Clinton (or any other Democrat) do not have higher discernment, judgment, understanding, morals, conscience or standards about her. They have lower discernment, judgment, understanding, morals, conscience and standards about REPUBLICANS.

Just my opinion, of course.

1. I just want to say THIS...

I've had some pretty strong reservations about Hillary Clinton's viability as the Democratic nominee. I'm now coming around to the notion that she's a juggernaut that the Republicans won't be able to stop. That actually addresses my primary reservation -- that she could be unelectable. I'm much less worried about that now.

But, back to the original post. It's interesting to me that a Democrat would be so closed to a major candidate like Hillary Clinton. All you have to do is look across the way at the Republicans and see how encouraging it is when some of them are similarly opposed to one of THEIR major candidates. It gives aid and comfort to the enemy. US! Consider that.

Lastly, I just want to say that my hand just won't select a Republican in the voting booth. Period. If Hillary Rodham Clinton is the Democratic nominee, I cannot do anything other than give her my vote. Without hesitation. The Democratic nominee will get my vote.

You are not qualified to judge my discernment, judgement, understanding, morals, conscience, or standards.

You can disagree all you like. I have heard, and considered, all of the reasons to hold my nose, bend over the toilet, and vomit my vote onto a ballot ad nauseum. I am more than aware of them.

Your disagreement doesn't move me any. I respect your right to your opinion more than you respect those you disagree with, apparently.

Happily, you are not my conscience, my judge, or my jury.

One standard that we appear to differ on is that of respect. I respect the individual's right to come to their own decision more than you do.
