3. Biden.
I am keen on wanting whoever becomes President having as much sane foreign policy experience as possible. One fuck up on war and peace and we drain our federal budget of money needed for social progress for a generation, not to mention all the people who die in wars that should never be fought. Having your heart in the right place is good and important, but having experience under your belt also helps prevent misjudgements. It is no different in Statecraft than it is in surgery. If your surgeon subscribes to the wrong theory of medicine, yeah that can kill you. But if s/he does not have a steady enough hand, that can kill you too.

Experience isn't everything granted, but my choice between these two is Biden.

5. Biden. Even though I'm a supporter I visualized (as objectively as I could)
a matchup of these two - a debate between them. I think Biden's experience and breadth of understanding and knowledge would trump Edwards's.

8. I don't think an Obama-Biden match would be tied. I think Biden would win easily.

14. These head-to-head matchups generate extra votes for the non-viable candidate because those votes
come from supporters of the other viable candidates besides the one who is polled about (e.g., in this poll, Hillary supporters no doubt comprise a good deal of Biden's support). That's why Biden might do well in this format but would tank in a poll that allowed for a choice among all the candidates.

9. I like Edwards, but I think Biden will do a better job taking it to the Repubs...
while defending himself against their character assassination machine. Biden's background also leads me to believe that he'd do a better job at straightening out the difficult mess Bozo Bush has put us in. Sen. Biden may have slipped in under the radar, but I believe he's a real winner for the Democratic Party.

27. I like Biden
But he gets carried away and stickes his foot in his mouth as Gore did with Wolf Blitzer and the I invented the internet, how ever many people say that Gore could almost lay claim the interner, with all the help he gave the internet when he was in office.

12. No, thanks.
They come out even with me, both with strengths and drawbacks. I'm not voting in any poll that excludes the rest of the pack, though.

one has tons of foreign policy experience and tells the truth almost all the time (I have yet to see him lie) and the other is John Edwards. :D
