just surprised that for once you seemed almost rational.

27. aww, poor you
having to resort to other people feel the same way. I take a certain amount of satisfaction in the type of people I rub the wrong way. they tend to be less than able to use critical thinking skills and more than a little narrow and self-righteous.

Ever consider that Madonna has her own mouth and its connected to her own brain?

32. The campaign will decide to use her
That's what I was referring to. She can say whatever she wants, that's obviously not my point if a person were able to apply a modicum of reading comprehension.

39. Madonna wanted to try acting, too,
and we all know how that turned out! Just cuz she wants to do something doesn't mean she should! On the other hand, if it could go against Hillary, maybe it's okay! Hill lovers-don't flame me!

3. I don't see how this will help
Clinton has been bending over backwards for the Talibangelicals; allowing Madonna to campaign for her will certainly NOT help her with that demographic. :eyes:

I can easily see how it will help all of the other Democratic candidates and probably a few Republickers, too. :patriot:

31. Don't look now..but
that's what I meant! I don't really think Madonna knows what she's doing on this but I'm not going to pound on her just because she's thinks hillary is the answer..same with Barbra.

I like Harry Belafonte's views. :P

Two liabilities: Madonna is an expat and the sexuality of her videos makes her offensive to some.

38. Is Madonna just saying she wants to do this, or has the Clinton campaign announced
her endorsement? Also, the "wants to do for Clinton...." seems to be the spin from the writers on this. I didn't see any reference to having a Come to Jesus extravaganza...

I wonder what this REALLY means....

it must've been a slow news day. I can't believe Hill would take it seriously. Hasn't she already had enough of the sex scandals in one way or another haunting her? If Bill showed up, Oh, My!

41. Yo. Madonna.
A word in your ear. Consult with Randi Rhodes as to which accent you should speak with while campaigning with Hillary. It will save Randi's listeners from another 3 hour screaming match about how people speak *differently* when seen in public, but not on tee-vee.
