Hillary calls on Obama to denounce "shameless and offensive" radio ad
http://www.kesq.com/Global/story.asp?S=7744287&nav=9qrx

The ad, running on Spanish language radio stations, calls the former first lady "shameless" and says she "does not respect our people." It also slams efforts by some Clinton backers to block special precinct caucuses on the Las Vegas Strip for casino workers.

Clinton used the same language to criticize the ad and Obama's indirect connection to it, calling them "shameless and offensive."

John Edwards also condmened the ads during a stop in Reno last night and urged Obama to demand they be pulled.

The Obama campaign has said the Illinois senator does not encourage outside groups to advertise on behalf of individual candidates. But Obama has not distanced himself from the claims in the ad.

Clinton made her comments today during a final campaign swing throughout Nevada. She was making four stops across the state, ending tonight at a Las Vegas rally with President Clinton.

9. Have you followed the Clintons' efforts at voter suppression?
Or do your ears perk up only at the name "Obama"?

12. Yeah, at bars?
Many states close bars during elections, but it's Nevada. What's next, caucuses at brothels?

2. I found Bob Johnson shameless and offensive, but how many days
did it take him to apologize, after she claimed he did, I might add? And also he claimed what he said was not what he meant (drugs v. community service :eyes:), and both Clintons agreed with him? Her hypocrisy is showing.

4. Bill himself said he wanted to disenfranchise casino workers, most of whom are hispanic.
Obama has not supported the ad, but it makes a fair case in my view.

10. Bill's quote was he thought it was more fair to have everyone's vote count the same - the casino
caucus's are "weighted" by a number greater than 1 in delegate selection (based on estimated turnout in the various locations the weighting could be between 5 and 10).

Returning to one man/one vote might be seen by some as "wanted to disenfranchise casino workers" - but others may not see it that way.

8. Dont you know Obama never needs to do anything - he does no wrong
at least thats the impression he leaves to me. He is GWB light - never admit a mistake and never take responsibility for your actions.
