Farrakhan: Kerry getting 'free ride'

CHICAGO, March 1 (UPI) -- Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan says blacks are giving Sen. John Kerry a free ride because they are so disgusted with President George W. Bush.

Farrakhan told the group's annual Saviours' Day meeting that even if Bush is defeated in November "getting John Kerry ... will mean you'll get more of the same."

"Black people are so angry with President Bush that they're willing to give Sen. Kerry a free ride," said the fiery 70-year-old Farrakhan.
