glancing over at her. It reminds me of the movie that my tween daughter loves so much "Mean Girls" ...except it's with mean boys. :silly:

At least she had the class to shake hands with Kennedy and try to engage Barack Obama in a cordial exchange. I think it takes courage to sit in front of the two people who have kind of...shunned you....I would have been a wreck. I guess that's one of the many reasons that I am not a candidate for president! LOL

But clearly Hillary intitiated contact with the man who had just thrown his key endorsement to her opponent, Ted Kennedy. And clearly Obama was at that moment, by intention or accident, unavailable for her to engage. If the photo of Obama and Kennedy talking came before the handshake in chronology, it would strongly imply that Obama had no interest in interacting with Clinton and likely avoided it. If it followed the handshake between Clinton and Kennedy, to me it indicates that Obama at the very least showed no interest in acknowledging Clinton's presense in near proximity to him.
