3. In the youtube version, Obama is reading a teleprompter.. (with little emphasise on anything)

Lauer asked him the same question this morning.. Obama was barely coherent with so many ahs, ahs, between every 2-3 words, one had to mentally go back and string the words together to make any sense of what he was saying. It was a pitiful display of Obama's lackluster understanding of the issues Bush addressed in his SOTU Address.

He might have been scoping the territory from different vantage points visualizing himself as the COC.

The bubbly, friendly Hillary ruined his euphoria. When in fact, he should have been so wired with adrenaline, ideas flooding his head, (a Lebrun moment), unconsciously he would have stepped forward and extended his hand to Hillary.
