Is Missouri Winner-Take-All?
Just curious. I thought all the states were proportional, but I've seen a couple say that MO is actually winner-take-all. Anyone have clarification?

5. no Dem State on Super Tuesday is winner take all
regardless of who wins MO, they'll be splitting the delegates 50/50 with a razor-close margin like that

9. No, and whats more
some areas of the state bear more weight with regards to delegates (don't ask me which ones, though!)

10. No, and someone here said that the winner of the popular vote
would not be taking away the most delegates.

By the 49-48% vote, they will split delegates, as far as I can see. She must mean superdelegates, if the above is true.
