Face it, Clinton supporters. Your candidate is in trouble
With 1787 delegates still up for grabs, Obama can still clinch this nomination. Clinton is running out of money and has not done nearly as well as was predicted not even a month ago.

CNN:
Clinton: 811
Obama: 720

Needed to win: 2,025

Obama is clearly closing the gap. Clinton has done nothing but move down while Obama has moved up, and these trends are likely to continue. Remember, this was supposed to be over yesterday. The Clinton nomination was a foregone conclusion just a couple of months ago. Now she's struggling to stay ahead of him. With Clinton running out of money it does not bode will for her.

1. To quote Romeo Void: "A girl in trouble is a temporary thing." This, too, shall pass.

13. I prey, not pray.
After this month, Obama will be riding high, and Hillary will still be scrambling for money.
Heck, she spent 4 mill on polls alone. That's like Mrs. Marcos buying shoes. Use them once, maybe, and then they are worthless.

4. You Obama folks should worry about your own candidate.
The Rezko trial starts soon...there's sure to be a bunch of stuff stirred up once that gets underway.

And if you believe that Barack is 100% innocent...well...we'll see. ;)

14. No one is "in trouble". I am for Obama but I see it that Clinton is still slightly ahead when super
delegates are counted and there are a lot of contests still to be waged. Nothing is a foregone conclusion. Either candidate could still stumble or catch fire. I think Obama will prevail in the end but I would not wager anything I couldn't afford to lose on it. One thing is for sure - the Democrats are in way better shape with two candidates who have wide and deep support within the party and even across party lines (The Republicans should stop kidding themselves - a lot of independent and Republican women would vote for Hillary). In contrast, the Republicans are poised to nominate a candidate who is held in disdain by a significant portion of their base. Yes, there are more ways for Obama to win against McCain but one has to like Clinton's chances against McCain as well. The guy is old for one thing and he has alienated not just many conservative Republicans but many Democrats as well with his inexplicable support for the Bush warmongering. At one time I could have voted for McCain, depending on who the Democratic nominee was (Lieberman for example). Now I will make a point of voting against him, even if I am not thrilled at the alternative. I think he would be a disaster as President.

15. Probably. And I predict an 0bama win. But in my life my candidates have lost more
often than they've won - certainly at the presidential level.

We're all adults and can take it.
