Knowing that Kucinich has no chance of winning, how does it "feel good" to know that you're basically, in reality, only wasting your money? Wouldn't that money have gone to better use if donated to Kerry?

Because as long as DK is in the running, he can give a voice to the progressive ideals which he (and I) supports. NO ONE else is saying the things he is saying...as long as he keeps travelling the country and spreading the progressive gospel, he is doing all of us a huge service, and should be supported in any way possible. Thats why :)

edit: No, that money would NOT have been better spent on Kerry. ALthough he will be our nominee, he still does not stand up for the crucial issues that DK does. ONLY Dennis is calling for the complete abolition of NAFTA, WTO, and the World Bank, universal single-payer health care, etc. If Kerry would have the cojones to stand up and shout the same message, then yes, I will send him $100. ANd when that happens you can find me in hell playing with snowballs...

The Dean campaign was my very first political donation, so I know how you feel. Unlike any other expense, that one felt good! I've since donated to move.on and will probably donate to the Kerry camp eventually.
