What office is Pickles experienced and qualified to run for,
after her eight years' residence in the White House, and years as First Lady of Texas?

14. Now. that's funny...
I once shared a car with Evel and some other people from MidTown out to Long Island, somewhere.

Mid-70s, right before he tried to jump across that canyon (Snake River?).

Anyway, those years are among the Lost Ones, but I will never forget that ride.

That guy was his own being.

8. Well, we have to include her years as a Librarian.......
that should add up to what? 35 years of Experience. Hell, maybe she can run that Experience against John McCains' in 4 years!

That's why I run with HOPE. McCain, he ain't got none of that.

9. Pickles is more qualified to run the country than her husband, GWB.
Too bad she wasn't the one in charge.

10. hey, don't laugh
America would be in better shape if she had been President, rather than her doltish husband. At least, an ex-librarian like her can read and have, you know, thoughts.

27. Hey Rodeo,
Just in case you ever check back here, sincerely, this is a fair question. When you asked 'why must you'...I don't read DU that much lately, and thought you were fooling around. This is not a slam against Senator Clinton. I've never posted anything negative about her, and I never will.

But taking the upper road doesn't mean you can't ask any questions.

I've stood up for Senator Clinton, told old friends to stop emailing me the nasty crap that is out there, and gone to bat for her gracious, lovely and brilliant daughter. But the question of experience, and this parallel, is a fair question.

Aloha.

19. None. But she isn't the Chimp's co-President.
As Hillary was for Bill. Let's not pretend that Hillary was like other First Ladies, making empty statements (Just Say No!) and appearing for photo ops. She was deeply involved in policy.
