3. DC's counting process is a little different
Two little old ladies in Northeast named Bernice and Gracie count each ballot by hand.

These ladies also work at the DMV and in every CVS pharmacy.

If it is being done correctly, it is not being done in the nation's capital.

Yep, still a mess out there.

Guys... this isn't Buffalo. DC grinds to a halt if there's a little bit of ice or snow on the roads.
