Obama beats McCain by 22% among Texas Hispanics ... link
Hillary does a little better- beating McCain by 27%, but this poll clearly shows that Hispanics will vote for Obama in large numbers in the general election:

Among Hispanic voters, Clinton leads McCain +27%. And for all the fuss made about Obama not winning Hispanics in the Texas primary, he leads McCain +22% in the same category, proving that either Democrat will be capable of campaigning to this component of the Texas electorate that is fed up with the Bush/McCain/Cornyn style of divisive federal politics.

If you compare the maps of Hispanic population to the Democratic primary map, you'll see what I mean:
