Memo to Party Leaders - Support a Dem, Support Barack
Isn't it time for Gore, Edwards, Richardson and others to endorse a loyal Democrat over someone who thinks REPUBLICAN John McCain would be a better C-I-C than Democrat Barack Obama.

Hillary's statement that McCain is more qualified than Barack really irks me and is way over the line. If she wins the nomination Barack supporters are now free to vote for whomever they please without regard for the Democratic Party and without guilt or remorse.

Barack's was a big sinner in the eyes of some because he say a kind word about Reagan. But he didn't say he'd rather have Reagan or any other Republican as President and Reagan is dead, not the nominee of the opposing party in THIS election. He tries to bring moderate Republicans into the Democratic party and expand its base.

Think about it - Hillary's statement would probably get her banned from DU under Skinner's rules.

1. Just support the will of elections
no need to cut it any farther than that.

3. They should support the candidate
that THEY think is best for the nation, and the party.

That's democracy.

Coersion is not acceptable in a civilized democracy.

4. You missed the point
The point is that you cannot support someone who supports the other party's nominee over your opponent.
