What should Dems nickname for McCain be?

I heard somebody on Air America ask this in the middle of the night, and it is critical to shape the public image of him.

My choices:

  (like POW except the W stand for Worst president, Walker bush)
  
  
• Bush's Bitch
  (yeah, yeah, yeah, we don't like that word, but attaching it to McCain would have a layer of irony given how the GOP talks about Hillary)
