Hillary STILL trying to put out the idea of Obama being her VP (in Mississippi today)
In Mississippi today, Hillary said, "A lot of people say they wish they could vote for both of us. Well, that might be possible some day." I saw it on MSNBC. No link, but exact quote. How dare she tell people that so they'll vote for her thinking they'll get him on the ticket. Especially after saying all he has is the speech he have in 2002. She SHOULD be running on MCCAIN'S ticket.

1. How else is she going to get that black vote in MS, unless she pulls
the bait-and-switch?

3. In other words ...
... she's considering choosing a VP who, according to her own statements, has accomplished nothing in his life other than making one speech in 2002?

Hmmm, THAT should get her a lot of votes based on her self-proclaimed good judgment ...

7. Exactly. But of course the MSM is picking up her comment and discussing the possible
"dream ticket" once again without even discussing her latest statements about how unfit Obama is to be CIC/president.

17. Good point.
Either he's qualified to be president, or he's not.

Even if he was the VP (and I'm sure it plays that way in Clinton's head), he'd be 'a heartbeat away from the presidency,' so that's a tacit admission that on some level he is qualified.

But no. It's doublespeak and pandering. The voters of MS, hopefully, tell her that pandering will not fly and empty promises won't cut it.

Obama.. and she is really dissing Obama's campaign and his bad week.. "good thing its friday, he's had a bad week, needs to get hold of his advisors".."not ready for prime time", repeating the FALSE CANADA story with NO rebuke from the anchor that its NOT TRUE. They are holding this woman out as their ONLY analyst and then remarked "oh, yes, Hillary supports Hillary Clinton" after she's trashed Obama.

I saw tape of Hillary, tape of Hillary, coverage of Hillary events.. none of Obama. And now Tweety is doing the Monster Mash.

And Obama is NOT ON RECORD as saying anything. Nada. Nothing. He is invisible.

23. It's sick. She now is trying to trick people into voting for her
with the impression that she'll choose Obama for VP. Most people out there might not know how low HRC is willing to go for votes.

25. Yup. And Lanny Davis just said outright that Obama would make a GREAT VP to Hillary!
(On Tucker, so I'm sure not many people saw it). But they're all saying this, hoping people will vote for HER and thinking they'll get him on the ticket. :eyes:

33. She's desperately trying to staple her lame ass to the ticket.
Obama is winning, a tiny detail she is ignoring, and it would take a miracle for her to overtake him. There is no way in hell Obama will agree to take that purveyor of slime as his VP. I agree, McCain is her best best and the best fit for her. Or maybe she and Lieberman can team up to run on the Pathetic Losers ticket.

34. Exactly. But she gets good applause every time she says it, but of course SHE wants to be president
while implying if they vote for HER she'll pick Obama for her VP. It looks like the line works.
