WASHINGTON - Hillary Clinton's campaign is using the NAFTA fracas as part of a full-blown attack on Barack Obama's credibility.

With a new catch phrase "just words," Clinton is hammering her Democratic rival on a range of issues, including the Canadian diplomatic report suggesting his anti-NAFTA rhetoric is about posturing more than policy.

Excerpts from a Clinton speech in Harrisburg, Pa., cite the contentious meeting between an Obama adviser and a Canadian official as proof the Illinois senator's promises can't be believed.

She's claiming it's part of a larger pattern that includes Obama's position on clean energy and promises to withdraw from Iraq within 16 months.
