Anyone who has read the entirety of Ferraro's interview knows she wasn't making a racist comment. To do this against a fellow Democrat and a respected woman like Ferraro who has campaigned for so many Dems is beyond the pale. It show a very unattractive side of Obama and continues to reinforce his sexist image. There is no place in the Democratic Party for that kind of behavior.

He is quickly becoming the most hated man in the Democratic Party, and for good reason.

Here she is saying that she "is a lunatic about this stuff" and implying tht Rep. John Lewis is a coward


In the interview she is calling out Rosa Delora and John Lewis and clearly implying in Lewis case that he did it for superficial political expediency, that there could be no other motive (Despite neadrathal Gibson questioning with incredulity there doing it because Obama is popular - "do you actually expect them just to hand it to Hillary/") for betraying their convinctions in supporting Obama. Re: John Lewis "Why in God's name did he change his support . . . I am so disappointed in him I could die".

She also states that Sen. Dodd is supporting Obama because it is the 'old boys club'- "the guys sticking together" is the exact quote.

"If Barack Obama were a white man would we be talking about this as a potential real problem for Hillary."

What is clear from her bitter rant is that she can't understand why the nomination has been taken away from Hillary. It is clear from her remarks that Obama is problem for Hillary and that the nomination belonged to her and is been stolen away.

That same bitterness is quite prevelant in GDP. The didn't earn it and now they resent the fact that somebody has actually gone to the trouble of being a better candidate.
