Mystery surrounding Clinton’s relationship with three Cayman funds

LOS ANGELES, USA: FrontPage Magazine, March 10, 2008 – Hillary has refused to release the Clintons’ tax returns since she and Bill left the White House. Hillary is trying to hide from the voters as long as possible how much she and Bill have profited from the kind of offshore tax havens and other tax loopholes that she decries on the campaign trail. She and Bill are profiting at the expense of the working class Americans to whom she panders – a fact that she does not want the voters to know before they go to the polls.

2. Sadly, that's largely true but
she's running for President and she's hypocritical on the issue.

3. So that's why they won't release the tax returns from 2000-2007
remember, originally she claimed she would release their 2007 tax returns "when she was the nominee". The uproar was so loud that then she backtracked and said she'd release them "after April 15th". But she only meant she'd release the tax returns for 2007, not the ones from 2000 to 2006. Those tax returns MUST be released so we can get a full picture of the foreign entities she and Bill are beholden too (and oh yeah, his donor list to the presidential library would be nice too).

4. we all might want to pick something else we expect to see before this contest is over...
second coming of Jesus...

end of war in Iraq...

recovery of the economy...

administration officials, top to bottom, being held accountable for their crimes...

'cure' for the immigration crisis...

end to multi-national corporations dismantling of American workforce...

...it ain't gonna be Bill & Hill's tax returns....

Why post this drivel? You might as well read the Enquirer.

Unfortunately, FrontPageMag is not well known for truth-telling. If it were reported by a more respectable publication (and it has not been - wonder why that is?), it may rate further discussion, but as it is ONLY featured on FrontPageMag (without reliable sources, yet) and a couple of RW blogs, it's just a waste of time.

7. Bill Clinton May Get Payout of $20 Million
Bill Clinton May Get Payout of $20 Million

By JOHN R. EMSHWILLER
January 22, 2008;

http://online.wsj.com/public/article/SB120097424021905843.html?mod=blog

Former President Clinton stands to reap around $20 million -- and will sever a politically sensitive partnership tie to Dubai -- by ending his high-profile business relationship with the investment firm of billionaire friend Ron Burkle.

(snip)

In an October filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission concerning the Xinhua investment, Yucaipa disclosed that one member of its global fund's general partnership was Dubai Investment Group (YGP) Ltd., which is connected to a much larger group of entities owned by Sheik Mohammed that has investments around the world.

Since leaving the White House, Mr. Clinton has had various contacts with Dubai. For example, Sheik Mohammed last year pledged financial support to a Clinton charitable initiative, and the former president's foundation has a scholarship program at the American University in Dubai in cooperation with the emirate's ruler.

Other leading American political figures have had business connections with foreign countries, including Republican presidential hopeful Rudy Giuliani. Mr. Giuliani's consulting firm, Giuliani Partners, has provided security advice to the government of Qatar.
.......

Bill is just a lobbiest for Middle Eastern and Chinese/India businesses - can they honestly say that is not going to be a conflict of interests in a HRC Administration????

:wow:
