But, remember, there are FOUR types of "learners" in the FORMAT wheel....Number 1's, 2's, 3's and 4's.
1's are emotional and need explanations to everything before they can proceed but do things with great concern for all. Favorite question is WHY.

Number 2's are compliers and want to do it correctly but need to know HOW but do it with guidance and care. . Their favorite question is HOW.

Number 3's are doers Favorite question is WHAT as in what can we do to solve this and believe their way is the correct way even if it is not.

Number 4's are the risk takers. They say..."WHAT IF"? These people are needed to think outside of the box.

Remember, too, that 1's and 3's are opposite on the wheel and 2's and 4's are opposites. 1's will disagree with 3's and 2's will oppose 4's and vice-versa.

So, you can clearly see that we will never all agree the same way but we are all needed in this world to make it go round (get it, the circle?). I hope this helps.

And once I heard their thoughts about the use and efficacy of the feature, I was highly insulted that I wasn't on it. It meant I'm not as annoying as I hoped I was to that specific person. So perhaps I'll have to try harder when I have no life.

10. I don't understand the ignore thing, I guess they only want

to discus things with people that agree with them. I have no one on ignore, I don't agree with a lot of them but sometimes I am convinced they are right and I am wrong. I thought the whole purpose of the board was to discuss things. If I want to here everyone agree I can listen to the ditto heads on Rush Limbaugh's show.
