So the new Gov of NY had an affair, and came forward with it. Who the f*ck cares? And by the headline the OP posted from Drudge - you'd think there was some, well - big Political Bombshell :eyes:

Get it together people! FFS, many of you are starting to sound like freepers!!!

1. I have so many "Clinton" supporters on ignore that it's almost
impossible to make it through a thread. Am I now gonna have to turn off gd:p? The filth that's been dragged here these past few days, disguised as news, makes this site almost unbearable anymore.
I see the mods locked that one down pretty quick. If you'll notice the people who normally drag that crap here, don't support this site, but have no problem mucking it up.

7. Actually it first showed up in General Discusison, not GD-P
Then it popped up in Latest Breaking.

But as you said, who cares?

Not sure if you can see this or not, since I support Hillary.

2. I don't understand how someone "accidentally" goes to Drudge
You know I mean, seriously, I don't ever go to that site and I've never "accidentally" gone there.

5. Obama supporters have had a half dozen Drudge stories (with link) on the front page at once
I thought they LOVED Drudge.

8. This is a generalization, I think...
...if you saw something on Drudge (which, let's face it, at the end of the day is just an aggrandized link aggregator) that said 2+2=4, does the "Drudge is a freeper/illegitimate site" meme still hold?

What if they link to an communally "approved" site (not that I agree with any "approved" lists, from DU, from anybody)?

I think this is a bit excessive and knee-jerk. YMMV.
