Is the Clinton campaign pushing Wright on the Web
while claiming innocence in the media?

Does anyone really think the Clinton campaign isn't trying to push this story?

1. Wright is pushing it to sell more videos
Hillary has nothing to do with Obama's best friend of 20 years hating white people.

2. Apparently Wright's following isn't too bothered, considering an
overwhelming majority of them are supposedly white. Square that. :eyes: Are your eyes brown? Bye.

6. We're talking electability, not race. Don't you get it ... race isn't the issue! n/t

12. Baloney. That's not what's being discussed at all. Obama's
being torn apart because of a relationship he has with his black pastor and friend of 20 years and what that pastor said, even though Wright is not running and Obama has never parroted what was said. This has everything to do with race.

14. Wright injected the anger ... and the bigotry against all whites. Don't
you get that? Your side ... not mine ... is continuing this animosity.

19. Did you think race (or gender, for that matter) WASN'T going to be...
...part of the campaign considering who is running? I think Obama is doing the right thing by trying to explain his relationship with Rev. Wright today.

28. That's the way I see it also. For years I have heard white preachers say the most insane things
and have seen the Repulblicans (excuse my French) up these preachers' asses, and yet no bid deal is made about it in the msm.

Now, let a black man have a preacher that talks some smack, and the world is coming to an end.

To me, it's absolutely about race and the double standards that exists are not only self evident, but profound as well.

3. But the inexperience of the Obama campaign to deal w/a known threat
has definitely contributed to this crisis in confidence. Never mind the reverend ... the candidate has displayed his "judgment".

13. Simply not true. Obama spoke about this a year ago.
He and the Reverend. But, regardless of what either said then or say now, since the MSM and the internet has beaten it to death, it won't matter. It wouldn't matter if he drove a stake through Rev. Wright's chest on live TV. Those who want to believe Obama doesn't love America, will.

People like yourself just look for reasons to hate Obama. I wonder why that is.

I don't support Hillary, but I certainly don't hate her, and while I do not wish her to win the nomination, I don't want to see her damaged in any way where it might ruin any future political gains.

4. Isn't your comment a bit one-dimensional?
You obviously are white, so you have no idea what black people went through in a white society, do you?

7. Speaking of hatred, the remarks on this site make
the pastor's rants easier to understand. Apparently all churches must be white, orderly and according to script.

11. No actually, Hillary has the whole sermon posted on her website
This way she now is "guilty by association". So that proves she is not pushing it. :sarcasm:

20. If she has it posted on her website, it is certainly not prominently featured.
Have you seen it there yourself? I didn't find any mention of Pastor Wright when I looked for it.

17. wake up
The Clintons are not the racists as you will find out if Obama is the nominee. Keep your eye on Rush, Fox,Drudge, and the usual subjects. They are the ones pushing this, as they all believe that Obama will be the pick.

18. The Clintons aren't racist. They are just people willing to play the race card and any
other card (gender, victim, etc) to get what they want.

Wake up - No one is calling the Clintons racists, just despicable people who are willing to do ANYTHING to get what they want.

Of course after Bill's mugging comment I guess he wants America to think "Those Poor Clintons - victims of a vast black folks conspiracy."

21. The Clinton campaign is not behind the Wright attack.
McCain publicly supported Obama on this issue, even if it was to gain Obama's supporters.

Hillary needs to step up now, and show us the same experience.

But the GOP gears are behind it. One of the best smears is to make it appear to be from another opponent.
Why do you think McCain left the country, to keep himself sterile.

22. Stop The Demonizing Clinton Shit Already. It's Really Fucking Stupid.
The republicans were infamous for blaming everything on the fucking Clintons, and now some fools here keep trying to do the same damn thing. Enough already. It's just plain fucking dumb.

A story like this doesn't need any effort on the part of the Clintons to keep going.
