My hope for Hillary is what happened to Al Gore. He went off to the mountain and contemplated and came back a better, stronger, more admirable person.

I still refuse to believe that the Hillary I have watched in horror the past few months is the real Hillary I have admired for many, many years. Here's hoping she will rediscover what we found admirable in her -- and, equally important, purge herself of the things that made even fans like myself think twice about supporting her.
