2. Relatively soon
it is now a matter of time

And the clock is ticking

What irks me... is that this is not the end I ever envisioned to the Clinton era

7. After she only wins WV by around 7 points
Edited on Fri May-09-08 03:19 PM by LSparkle
Not the "blowout" she's hoping for. And Obama hasn't really been
campaigning there ...

8. What makes you think she'll only win by 7?
I WANT her to drop out now...I think she drops out sometime between the Oregon/Kentucky primaries and the beginning of June.

11. But I think WV won't be the "earth-mover" Bill is pushing for ...
It will be further proof that her "faux populist" campaigning isn't
working. I really don't think she's going to win WV by more than 10
(and this is with Obama basically writing the state off). People
like to vote for a winner -- and that winner is Obama.

12. After the votes are in
in the last state's election. I agree with what seems to be the plan, which is to let her play herself out with the last few elections, and then just let the demo v. repub debates begin in earnest without a look backward at this embarassing times - I mean, democrats don't want to be known for the kind of things Hill is way too comfortable doing.

I think everyone is dancing around her with their statements of "oh, we would never dream of telling her to quit the race" simply because if she is pressured too much about it, she will simply appeal to voters that "they" are somehow being disenfranchised by the calls for her to quit; rather than admit the real problem of her being so mathematically challenged.

The unspoken thought is to just let the lobster slowly enjoy the warm bath....at least, that is what I am reading between the lines.
