My wife and I discovered it about 4 or 5 years ago in Woodburn. It is OFFF the beaten path most non Latinos would travel in Woodburn, and it is not fancy by any means. We love their food so much though (their Tacos Dorados, flautas, and tamales are all good) that we've brought family and friends there many times.
When we first started going we were the ONLY white and Asian people around the area. That held true for quite awhile. Then we started seeing a peppering of white people and now today there were at least 6 tables of non latino folks. After a while they expanded to the next piece of building nearly doubling their size.
First, I saw Barack this morning when he stopped in at the business next door. Then, I drove down to Salem to pick up my daughter and we ate at Luis Taqueria (which we do about once a month or so) in Woodburn on our way back north. Then....I read tonight that Barack was there too.
This is getting weird.

If you're ever travelling through Oregon on I-5 you should take the 5 minute detour in old downtown Woodburn by the railroad tracks to eat there at Luis'. Look for the many cartoon character pinatas hanging from the ceiling. My personal favorite was always the sponge bob one.
Here are some pics someone who is a better photographer than I uploaded to flickr.
