Is the entrenched Obama supporters really pro-Obama, or anti-Hillary

It should be clear to anyone paying attention that both of these candidates are qualified to be president, and they are both a thousand times better than electing McCain, who I will go on the record as saying is wholly unqualified to be president. He has demonstrated an ignorance of both the issues and the world situation that seems to rival Bush, if that was even possible.

mirror, mirror on the wall....my GAWD these peeps are hypocrites.

1. I'm pro-Obama.
Well I am a bit anti-Hillary, for certain things she has done, but in a choice between her and McCain, I am FAR more anti-McCain.

As any rational-thinking Democrat would be.

Since 2002. The first time I heard him in person in the summer of 2004, I walked away thinking this man can be president.

6. She was last on my list.
I wasn't anti-Hillary, just sick of dynasties. If her name had been anything other than Clinton, I would have seriously looked at her. I still would have been happy to vote for her should she win the nomination. After months of shenanigans and foul racists tactics. Anyone but Clinton. I would never vote GOP. EVER. I would have to think very hard, about voting for her, if she were to somehow steal the nomination away from Obama.

10. Wasn't it Hillary that said that Obama was not as experienced as
McCain? That position and the attack on and mockery of hope were enough to move me from pro-Obama supporter to pro-Obama supporter and anti-Hillary's negative and hate filled messages. I don't know the woman enough to hate her, I do know enough about her campaign and her lies and her negatives to distrust her and to hate how she has run her campaign. IMHO, she forgot about the reasons as to "why" a dem in office is so important and has only focused on a win at all costs, her win, it has only been about her and what she was certain was her's.

13. actually, I"m both, and both because of the way they ran their individual campaigns.
what say you to that?

at the beginning of the primary, I considered them to be roughly equal. At the end, I was frequently appalled by her, and frequently impressed by him.
so, at the end, I am indeed proObama and antiHillary, BASED ON HOW THEY CAMPAIGNED.

pretty simple, actually.

Hillary and her campaighn went from annoying in Nov\Dec, to aggravating in Jan\Feb, to loathesome in Mar\Apr\May...

So my anti-Hillary sentiments were cultivated over time.

16. I disagree, I don't think Hillary is qualified to be President.
She ran a terrible campaign. She praised the repug as a way of attacking a Dem. She committed valor theft when lying about Bosnia. She has flip flopped on everything from NAFTA to the gas tax holiday.

She did all this with one of the greatest politicians of our time as her husband and chief adviser.

She would have made a terrible president who would refuse to admit a mistake and correct for it, instead all she would do is plow straight ahead without any regard to the consequences. We have just had a President like that and look where that has gotten us.

I am lucky this cycle... Very Pro 'Bama and ABC (Anybody But Clinton)

23. Anti Hillary.
Both are qualified, and there aren't huge policy differences between them. For me, it comes down to trust and leadership. With her triangulating, lies, manipulation, spin, and smearing, I just don't trust Hillary in the WH as POTUS or VP. Also, her poor choices of campaign staff, failures to delegate responsibilities and hold those people accountable, failure to understand the rules and strategize to best effect, and poor management of resources, all reflect poorly on what kind of administration she would run. Also a factor is electability. Yes, a sizable portion of the voters are racist (including a notable percentage of Hillary supporters, egged on by her), and won't vote for a biracial candidate. However, IMO that is more than offset by the numbers of conservatives that will turn out in droves in the GE to vote against a Clinton, otherwise they are apt to stay home given their lukewarm support, if not downright dislike, for McCain. Hillary has strong negatives, that she hasn't been able to budge. Obama has much lower negatives, and they aren't as strong. He closes the gap in almost every state he campaigns in.

Clinton disqualified herself by voting for the war.
