According to the

CIA: bin Laden was killed within the first couple months of the invasion in Afghanistan because their covert operation team is always successful.

White House: bin Laden is still alive and well in the Middle East somewhere hiding in a mountain, which is reason to continues the war in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as to spread it to Iran and Palestine, because he may have moved.

The crazy conspiracy nut down the street: bin Laden is actually alive and well and disguised. He has assimilated into American culture and lives somewhere in Colorado where he works for Subway and is happily married with 3 kids.

Cheney: bin Laden is in Saudi Arabia, and we should invade there and steal all their oil while we're at it.

You choose who to believe.
