Flashback, 2004 Yahoo! Gets Sen. Barack Obama Photo Caption WRONG
Here is the thread on Obama that I remember from 2004

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=104&topic_id=2676361

Before heading off to Washington and the U.S. Senate, U.S. Sen. Barack Obama, D-Il., gets a hug from Sen. Mattie Hunter, D-Chicago, left, after lawmakers gave him a standing ovation in the Illinois Senate as he said goodbye to his former colleagues.

(link to long gone story w/picture)

Umm...word to the wise, that ain't Obama.

All black dudes look alike, we guessed--at which point, the two hundred replies all had different "pictures" of "Obama." It was hilarious. Too bad most of the pictures are gone. I still remember this thread. Anyone else? I've dated myself, I guess.

Things are a little different now................
