But what of exit polling to confirm?

How does one cheat that?

1. If Republicans steal another election it will be because Democrats personify the word "feckless".
Republicans all but signaled that they would pick our pockets in 2000 and then they did. Same thing in 2004. Either they are incredibly talented or Democrats are particularly inept. Maybe both. The old saying: "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." What do you call it for thrice or more? Are Democrats naive or do we just walk around with "Please Steal the Election" signs on our backs?

Obama says that he doesn't do cowering (great line) and this would be a great place to start. Not this time, not this time.

2. exit polling didn't match in 04...
and we let it slide. I live in Ohio and our 04 election was stolen--we had voting machines that were counting backwards, machines that registered 3 times as many votes as there were registered voters. it was a concerted effort. we have to win big this time, knowing they are going to steal at least 5% of the votes.

3. This Time, the Dems have a good shot at winning...which means...any cheating that surfaces
will end up in criminal Court. Pubs are on alert as to how far to cheat and still evade jail...but desperation will push them to the edge....

4. That's what I'm hoping...
criminal charges. I just get nervous when all reports say the polls are in Obama's favor--I'm afraid of what they will do if they suspect a landslide.

6. I think at this point, they're simply trying to justify
McCain's poor performance in the polls and are trying to keep up Repub morale.
